The minutes of the March 27, 2024 Annual Meeting minutes have been posted to the secure section of the website. We should note that these have not yet been approved.  That approval will be done at the next annual meeting.

But since everyone received a letter from an owner under their door making statements that were not factual, we wanted to supply everyone with the Board response to those assertions to set the record straight, as may residents do not attend the Annual Meeting in person.
