Hello Belvedere Community!

The Board of Directors and Vertex have updated the Belvedere Handbook to reflect policy updates. Please find the updated handbook attached.

We strongly encourage you read through the updated handbook to familiarize yourself with the new updates, specifically in the following sections:

• Insurance ((homeowners must submit proof of insurance by 9/1/2025)
• Parking including Electronic Vehicle (EV) Parking
• Renovations (new homeowner & vendor requirements)

Every resident will be receiving a paper copy at their door in early August. In the meantime, you can find the updates attached to this email and on The Belvedere website under the ‘Policies’ section. 

If you have any questions or would like a paper copy mailed to an address outside the Belvedere, please reach out to Belvedere@vertexpg.com or stop down in the office with the on-site manager.
