Hello All,

The Belvedere has had an issue lately with missing carts, so we are holding cart amnesty return days from Sunday 9/14-Teusday9/16. During this three-day period, we urge anybody and everybody to return carts to the closet in the lobby. If not, then the association will have to unnecessarily spend more money on more carts at about $450 plus tax and shipping. For each cart missing currently this is a total cost to the association of almost $2500, which can easily be avoided, and the money used elsewhere to upkeep and improve the community

These are a community amenity supplied by the HOA to make it easier brining groceries and goods to and from your unit. We only ask that in using this amenity residents return the cart to the cart closet, lobby, or even to the elevator and phone the front desk.

We seem to be missing a few of the grey utility carts pictured below:
