Good Afternoon Belvedere Homeowners,

The Board of Directors and Management have been working together to prepare the 2026 Operating Budget and plan for future capital projects. The Board would like to invite all homeowners to a Homeowners Meeting on Wednesday, November 19th at 6:00 PM in the community room. During this meeting, we will present the 2026 Operating Budget and Monthly Assessment.

For those unable to attend, the 2026 Budget & Assessment information will be emailed on November 20th, and a physical mailing will follow approximately one week after the meeting.
