We learned yesterday that a member of our door staff, Eugene, tested positive for Covid 19. He is feeling well at the moment, but will not be returning to the Belvedere until he has had another test that is negative. 

All of the other members of the door staff who had any contact with Eugene are being tested and Able Security is readjusting schedules accordingly. 

The work area behind the desk has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. 

The door handles and elevators are sanitized each day and we remind all residents to sanitize carts and any other shared items in the exercise area, the roof garden, the laundry and community room. 

If you would like to be tested because of recent interaction with Eugene we strongly encourage you to do so. You may call Cincinnati Health Department or your personal physician. You could also go to a drive through site. 

Keep in mind that there will be times when the substitute front desk staff will be unfamiliar with some procedures, and there will no doubt be some disruption. We will try our best to maintain everything to the standards we have always strived to maintain at the Belvedere.
