Obstruction and Storage in Common Areas

Dear Residents,

As a reminder of the notice previously posted to comply with the orders of the Cincinnati Fire Prevention Code (CFPC) for the safety of our residents and of the firefighters who would need to navigate the hallways during a fire:

As of September 15, 2020, all personal furniture, art objects, floor lamps, newspapers, umbrella stands, including door mats, must be removed from the residential and service hallways. The only items that will be allowed to remain in the residential hallways are the building’s small console table, the mirror above the table and a chair. Only non-flammable personal items may remain on the console table, with the consent of the other residents on that floor. Artwork or photographs affixed to the walls may remain on the walls, also with the consent of the other residents on that floor. No personal items are to be stored in the service hallways.

An inspection of the building by the Cinti Fire Prevention Specialist will be coordinated immediately following September 15.

Sincerely yours,

The HOA Board of the Belvedere
