As I’m sure you are aware, Cincinnati Waterworks has been working throughout the neighborhood updating the water main supplying the neighborhood.

We were informed yesterday, that starting next week, the work will be taking place in our front parking lot. So the work can proceed quickly and safely, no parking or vehicle traffic will be allowed once the work begins. 

The tentative start date is this coming Tuesday, April 27th. Though there are many factors that will determine how long the work will actually take, Cincinnati Waterworks plans on having our parking lot back to us by Saturday.  To make things a little more convenient, the Board has reinstated Valet parking. To be eligible for Valet parking, the door staff must have a spare set of your keys and your car must have a valid parking sticker so it can be identified. Details of how we will work the valet service with no access to the front parking lot are still being worked out. Once we finalize the plan, we will have a handout on Monday at the front desk explaining the valet procedure during the few days of construction.
