The Board voted to follow the recommendation of the Ohio Department of Health by lifting the Covid restrictions limiting the use of our Common Areas as of June 2nd.
The standard for lifting those restrictions: fewer than 50 daily new cases in Hamilton County and a positivity rate below 5% has been reached.
Given those statistics in addition to the 44% who have been vaccinated it appears sufficiently safe for Belvedere residents to enjoy wider use of our common areas without those restrictions.
Note that social distancing in those instances where vaccinated and unvaccinated persons are together is still recommended.
All unvaccinated persons should continue to wear masks while in the common areas of the Belvedere.
