As Thursday’s email message from Jay Hollmeyer stated, Rick Loesing, our On-Site Manager, has resigned and  taken a similar position at another Condominium.

Rick will continue to be available by phone (919-5572) and email (belvedereosm@yahoo.com) to Belvedere residents until his replacement has been named.

Because Rick will be serving in two positions for the next few weeks, Jay Hollmeyer will also be available to Belvedere residents as a backup by phone (751-5040) and email (jayh@towneproperties.com).

We will need to be patient during these weeks of transition as we go through the process of welcoming and orienting a new On-Site Manager to our beautiful building and remarkable residents.

As a Board, we can assure you that all ongoing projects will continue to go forward, that we will do everything in our power to ease and monitor the transition, and that we will be scheduling our first post-covid Residents Information meeting in late June.
