Dear Belvedere Residents,

Towne Properties is excited to announce that we found a replacement for Rick Loesing.

Steve Armor, a former Towne employee, has accepted an offer to come back to the Towne family and become the on-site Manager for the Belvedere.

Steve comes with a strong mechanical background and solid people skills. Steve is eager to make the Belvedere an even greater place to live.

Rick is not leaving Towne Properties so we know the transition will be smooth.  We expect no change in Towne’s service levels.
