• Get the status of the development of the Parking Lot from Peg Hilvert. 
• Learn what Building Projects have been completed and are planned from Rick Loesing.
• Get up to date on our new Resident Registration requirements from Peg Hilvert
• Discover the information available on the Belvedere Website and learn how easy it is to access it from Jean Silverstein.
• Be introduced to Steve Armor, our new On-Site Manager by Jay Hollmeyer, our Senior Property Manager.
• Have a chance to question and comment.
