WHY ARE WE UPDATING OUR DOCUMENTS?
These are some of the key reasons.
- Because our current documents are no longer consistent with Ohio Condominium Law, which was substantially updated in 2004.
- Because parts of our current documents are internally inconsistent; (says one thing in one place and something different in another); others are no longer applicable (e.g., they describe the rights of the long departed Developer, they divide association members into classes A and B, they list units that no longer exist, etc.)
- Because in 2021 we need our governing Documents to be understandable, legible and capable of being digitally reproduced.
