There will be a special meeting of the Homeowners Association in the Community Room Monday, November 22nd at 7:00 pm for the  purpose of the Board voting on the proxy votes submitted regarding the Amended and Restated Declaration and By-Laws.

Note that 89% of you have already directed the Board to vote on your behalf by means of your proxy, with 80% voting in favor of the Amended and Restated Documents.  If you submitted your proxy to the Board, your vote will be counted as submitted.  

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT AT THE MEETING.

This special meeting is required by the current By-Laws so that the Board can formally vote the directed proxies and the Unit Owners who did not submit their proxy may exercise their right to vote if they choose to do so.
