As many of you are aware, there has been an increase in vandalism and car theft in and around our neighborhood, including in our own parking lot.
The management, the board and Able Security are taking necessary steps to proactively address the situation and to tighten up security.
In the meantime, please do not leave any items visible in your cars and double check to be sure your car is locked.
