Reminder to Resident Drivers

When you return home and park in the front lot, please tell the door person when you will be needing your car next.
If you will not be needing it in the next 24 hours, the door person may valet it to the remote lot in order to accommodate other residents who will be needing their cars that day and to assist the door staff in making their cars available to them.

If you park in the front lot, but do not move your car within a 24-hour period, the door staff may move it to the remote lot, again to accommodate the cars of other residents who will need their cars that day. When that is necessary your car will be brought to the front of the building at whatever time you have told the door staff you will be needing it.

Those residents who choose not to provide the door staff with the key to their vehicle may not park in a valet space or any parking space in front, on the side or behind the building.

The parking situation at the Belvedere will always require the diligence of the door staff, the cooperation of residents and the patience of everyone.
