The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM.

Present from the board and Towne were Bob Brockman, Pam Kuhn, Mary Littig, Tim Roberts and Jean Silverstein; from Towne Properties, Jay Hollmeyer and  Steve Amor.

Mary introduced the board and reviewed the items that would be discussed as follow up from the HOA meeting that was held 3.23.22. IE: dog bag dispenser installed at the back entrances, Steve is working to provide bonded and certified vendors for window a/c unit installation, replacement windows options to Gilkey, handymen and plumbing resources. We also discussed the changes to posting of notices and what would be posted by the elevators vs in the mail room shadow box.

Steve reported about the parking lot issues and progress, painting on the roof, glass block repair on the Community Room windows. He reminded everyone not to store things in the service areas.

Bob passed out a finance report overview which he reviewed.

Tim presented the plan for dealing with our parking situation. The issue of a cross walk being put in from the park to the current and new parking lots was brought up and is listed as a follow-up item.

Mary also reported on the need to identify bikes in the bike room to clean up that space. She also reported on the Reserve study that’s been done and offered that for everyone to review upon request – including providing electronic versions of the document.

We discussed the decisions related to the special assessment and of improving communication.
