In accordance with Belvedere Condominium Association, Inc.’s Bylaws, the annual meeting of the association will be held:

This document shall serve as OFFICIAL NOTICE that the Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on March 27, 2024, respectively, for the purpose of electing three (3) individuals, for a two-year term, to serve on the association’s board of directors. The report of the meeting will also include an update regarding the upcoming and accomplished building projects, a financial update and other pertinent information.
Your board urges you to attend this meeting. If you are unable to attend, you will be represented through the completion and receipt of the enclosed proxy card. The final ballot is also enclosed. Please submit your Proxy/Ballot prior to the formal meeting date. When mailing in your Proxy/Ballot (pre-addressed return envelope enclosed) your name and unit must be present on the envelope.
