Belvedere Book Project celebrating our 100th birthday

Hello fellow residents!

As most of you are aware, we are in the process of establishing a nonprofit organization to preserve our rich history, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the Belvedere’s opening as an apartment building in 1926.

We recently delivered letters to everyone describing the project and asking for help to gauge interest and financial support for developing a coffee-table book about the building’s history.

We heard back from many of you, and thanks to those of you who expressed interest in purchasing a book and/or donating to its development!

However, if you did not respond or if you didn’t receive a letter, we need to hear from you before we can determine if we have the support to proceed with the project. You can pick up a letter under the black mailbox in the mailroom and return to us as soon as possible. We completely understand if you are not interested or are unable to participate but still need to track your response.

*Place completed paper form in the black mailbox on the wall in the mailroom.

You can also request more information by contacting BelvedereCentennial@gmail.com or

(513) 214-1822. Please reply to us within the next 2 weeks if possible.

Thank you for your consideration.
