Your Board voted to change smoking rules to ban smoking in/on all common areas of the building, in consideration of residents who don’t like smelling smoke or marijuana. Smoking on the rooftop will no longer be permitted. We made this change after receiving multiple complaints about smoke infiltrating residents’ unit spaces.
