“COMMON AREA USE AND DECORATION” CHANGE

The Board of Directors has voted to change one provision of the “COMMON AREA USE AND DECORATION” section of the
Rules and Regulations. That provision is bolded/capped below.

Nothing shall be stored in the Common Areas. No baby carriages or playpens, bicycles, wagons, toys, benches or chairs or any other personalty may be stored on any part of the Common Areas or Limited Common Areas except in accordance with the Rules and Regulations. (Declaration, Article III).

 An owner or resident of a unit may affix an item to the wall of the hallway
where their unit is located only if the owners or residents of the other units
on that floor give consent in advance to the placement of the item.

 Should an owner or resident object to an item affixed to the wall of their
hallway, they may bring the matter to the Board of Directors for resolution.

NO ITEMS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY MAY BE PLACED ON THE FLOOR OF THE RESIDENTIAL OR SERVICE HALLWAYS OUTSIDE AN OWNER OR RESIDENT’S UNIT.

 The placement of any item in the Common Area that is contrary to the
health or safety of any owner or resident is prohibited.

 No hazardous material and no hazardous activity may be conducted in the
Common Areas.

 No activity that may be a nuisance or annoyance to another resident shall
be conducted in the Common Areas.

NOTE: Because the Building has not yet acquired a
chair to be placed outside the elevator on each floor, a
resident may provide that chair.

Thank you.
