Condominium Owners Association
1The Board of Directors consists of six members elected at the Annual Meeting in March. To assure continuity, three board members are elected each year; term length is two years. The board is charged with making all decisions relating to the association.
Informational meetings of the residents are held on a regularly scheduled basis and are announced well in advance to encourage participation and attendance. Every owner at the Belvedere is encouraged to participate in the Condominium Owner’s Association.
Residents are requested to register for access to the secure section of our website: www.belvederecincinnati.com. Residents registered for access to the secures section of the website receive automatic email notifications/announcements that need to be communicated. Announcements are also posted in the information boxes next to each passenger elevator in the main lobby.
