COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS UPDATE – including info about VALET

In order to follow the guidelines issued by the Ohio Department of Health while recognizing that a growing number of us are fully vaccinated, the Board has voted to modify the covid 19 restrictions that have been in place since April, 2020.  We ask all residents to comply with the following policies:

  1. Everyone must wear a face mask in all Common Areas including, but not limited to, hallways and lobby. It is the responsibility of residents to tell their guests and contractors to wear face masks when outside the resident’s unit.

 

  1. All gatherings in the Community Room, the Roof Garden and the patios should be limited to the number that can be accommodated while observing the 6’ social distancing guideline.

 

  1. All residents should observe social distancing of 6’ in the laundry room and sanitize all surfaces used while there.

 

  1. All residents should observe social distancing in the exercise areas and bring wipes with them to sanitize all surfaces used. A schedule will continue to be posted.

 

  1. The mail room and the elevators are to be used by one person at a time with exceptions for occupants of the same unit, those with children and those who require assistance.

 

  1. Residents must disinfect all carts and luggage racks when returning them to the cart room. Neither is to be left on the elevator.

 

  1. All deliveries with the exception of newspapers and dry cleaning should be picked up in the outer lobby. Amazon and FedEx deliveries can be picked up in the package room as usual.

 

  1. Valet service will be restored on Monday, April 26th with the requirement that valets wear mask and gloves and open windows at all times when operating residents’ vehicles. Residents should wear masks when interacting with the valets.
