Hamilton County is experiencing a high transmission rate of Covid 19. The CDC has recommended that everyone wear a mask in public indoor places in areas of the country where there is a high transmission rate.
Following that guideline, we ask that everyone wear a mask when in the common areas.
For further protection of everyone’s health, the Board requests that, unless you are members of the same household, only one person occupy the elevator, the mail room and each of the two exercise rooms.
CDC Guidelines for WHAT TO DO:
- IF YOU ARE SICK, have a fever, cough or other symptoms: ISOLATE — Stay home, separate yourself from others, monitor symptoms, get tested. Guidelines provide that isolation can end after 5 days while continuing to wear a well-fitting mask for additional 5 days. Count first day of symptoms as day 0.
- IF YOU HAVE HAD CLOSE CONTACT with someone who has Covid:
- If you are fully vaccinated and have received a booster, get tested 5 days after your last contact;
- If you are not vaccinated or have not received a booster. QUARANTINE. Stay home and watch for onset of symptoms, get tested 5 days after your last contact. Wear a well-fitting mask for additional 5 days whenever you are with others.
Thank you for your cooperation.
