In the process of painting the cornice on the building, we had the misfortune of paint over-spray reaching some cars parked out front. We are quickly working with all parties involved to resolve this issue. If you see any over-spray on your car, we ask that you contact the building manager, Steve Armor, for next steps. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Starting tomorrow, Friday the 4th, the cornice work will be moving to the B-side of the building. We ask that all 01 and 02 units keep all windows closed while work is being performed. This section will last for one week. We will also close off the two parking spots on the B-side of the building during this time.
