Reminder for move in and move outs

Per the Revised Rules and Regulations and Restated Declaration, the on-site manager must be notified at least 5 business days in advance of any moves, so that a notice can be posted for the convenience of other residents and our staff.

For new Renters:

  • Units may be leased, but the terms of the lease agreements must be approved by the Board and must include a provision that the lessees are subject to the Declaration, By Laws and Rules & Regulations of The Belvedere and that violation of any such provisions constitutes an incidence of default of the lease.
  • A copy of the lease must to be given to the onsite manager to keep on file.
  • All parties living onsite need to be registered in order to know who is in our building.
  • We have a cap on rentals, so all new rentals must be approved through the onsite manager before a lease is finalized.

For new Owners:

  • If using a realtor, the realtor must report about new move ins to the onsite manager.
  • Realtors are responsible to notify new residents about the move in procedure.
  • All parties living onsite need to be registered in order to know who is in our building.
  • Each homeowner is required to carry a homeowner’s insurance [HO6 policy] and must provide the management company with a copy of their insurance policy.
