Dear Residents,

The annual meeting will be held on March 22, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the community room.
In addition to election of board members, we want the annual meeting to be informative,
responsive and productive for all residents particularly those who personally plan to attend. To
that end, we are altering the format of the meeting and are asking residents to submit all
concerns or questions in writing by March 17. There will not be open forum for questions at the
meeting.

Written concerns or questions should be turned into Steve Armor or placed in the black
mailbox in the mail room. We are asking for these in advance of the meeting so that board
members can give accurate and thoughtful answers.
