Updating Resident Information

Dear Belvedere Residents,

The management team is in the process of updating our resident information. With your help, we hope to be able to accurately update ALL RESIDENT’S information. It is very important we have up-to-date information in case of emergencies and to ensure effective communication throughout the community. If you believe we already have the correct information, we still ask you submit it as a confirmation.

We will be looking to update/confirm the following:

  • All Owner and Resident names
  • All Owner and Resident email addresses
  • All Owner and Resident phone numbers
  • All Resident Vehicles (make/model
  • All Resident Parking permit number

Please check your email inbox for a form sent from Belvedere@vertexpg.com subject line “Resident Information Update” and follow the link and instructions attached. You can also feel free to Deliver a hard copy of this information to the management office or the OSM mailbox in the mailroom. Please note that management may ask for proof of residence for anyone who we do not have previous record of.
